IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds available only when there is a problem with your order , on our part.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us via email at idyllicbusinesswork@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return. We’ll provide you with further instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 working days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
